This weekend I celebrated 25 years of sisterhood with my two beautiful sisters! Really we were celebrating my sister's 25th birthday. Wow, I still cannot believe she is 25...you know that means I am nowhere near in my twenties.
Maybe you've heard me say before that I can remember asking God for my younger sister, not realizing what I was really asking him for. I remember feeling that we (my sister + I) would need more support should anything happen to my parents. I came to this conclusion after my maternal grandfather passed and I witnessed my aunts and uncles gathered with my grandmother around the dining room table making decisions.
So you can say my youngest sister is my living proof that God not only answers prayers but that he answers my prayers and He hears me when I write, when I whisper and when I am thinking or wishing for things to be.Who else besides your siblings can understand your childhood? Sure they may have a different perspective on a series of events, but they were there too and together putting the pieces together can give you a full view of your family and yourself. I love you both! I could not imagine my life without either of you! Until the next 25 years!
Peace, Detroit Love & Soooooul! Daniella
